Terms of Service

VERZUZ lets invited team members manage brands, generate captions, approve posts, and publish to connected channels. Publishing may use a native platform connection or Buffer. Buffer remains the fallback until a native token exists and native send is live for that platform.

Access is invite-only. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access, including for security or policy reasons.

You are responsible for credentials, two-factor settings, and for keeping brand assignments accurate. You must only connect social accounts and Buffer keys that your organization is allowed to use. Connections are brand-scoped: do not connect a personal profile you do not control, and do not use one brand's connection to post as another brand.

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant VERZUZ a limited license to store, process, transcode, and deliver that content as needed to provide the service (including sending it to Buffer or a native API you connected, and to captioning / vision models you invoke in chat).

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and platform eligibility (for example a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account) for everything you publish. You must follow Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Buffer, and any other platform terms. We do not review every post before it leaves VERZUZ unless your workspace uses the approval queue that way.

Social networks can reject, delay, or remove posts. Rate limits, outages, and policy enforcement are outside VERZUZ. Native send is not available on every platform yet; the Connections screen states when Buffer still publishes. We do not silently fall back to Buffer after a native send that may have succeeded.

You will not use VERZUZ to:

• Spam, scrape, or harvest personal data from social graphs.
• Violate platform, advertising, or copyright rules.
• Probe, disrupt, or bypass VERZUZ authentication or tenancy.
• Upload malware or content that is illegal where you operate.

VERZUZ is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted publishing, caption quality, or that a platform will accept a post. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VS The World Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for posts that fail, duplicate, or are taken down by a platform. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to VERZUZ is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if the workspace is not on a paid plan).
